Resamida:
Polyamides For inks and hot melts
In addition to gum rosin-based derivatives, Resinas also manufactures polyamides
for the local industry. Resinas is also Mexico's leading producer of this product.
Polyamide resins are obtained from the condensation of amines and acids derived
from the polymerization of unsaturated fatty acids. Polyamide resins have the
characteristics of thermoplasticity used normally with mixes of alcohols and
hydrocarbons in ink/dye formulations or applied directly to hot-melt adhesives.
